Abstract

This research aims to study the effects of instructors’ involvement and those of Internet connectivity on e-learning platforms acceptance by students, in a COVID-19 health crisis. An online survey based on an extended TAM model involved 225 students of the Dakar School of Technical and Vocational Teachers Training (ENSETP). The 11 hypotheses formulated were tested through a partial least squares structural model (PLS-SEM). In addition to consolidating the basic TAM model, the results show significant positive effects of instructor involvement and connectivity on intention to use e-learning platforms.
