Abstract

The arrival of COVID-19 in France and the repercussions of the containment plan have transformed the way in which teaching is offered in universities and training institutes, which is difficult to carry out face-to-face. In this context the health executive training institute of Rouen has taken up the challenge of experimenting with a managerial simulation session with the modalities of the inverted class. The hot evaluation was positive. This experience questions the contours of the simulation and flipped classroom. In a context of imposed physical distancing, digital technology offers the possibility of rethinking the concept of presence.
