Guided by the SoTL (Scholarship of teaching and learning) process, we present in this article the implementation of a new digital portfolio platform within two university teaching training programs. These curricular innovation approaches are based on educational concepts related to learning and professional development portfolios. Based on the results of a survey completed by students in these programs, our reflection identifies training avenues, as well as questions that echo some results of research on digital portfolio in higher education.
