This paper first presents a brief overview of the purpose of ICT integration in teaching, and then the construction process of an instrument (Vignettes de situation pour l’intégration des TIC or Visi-TIC) aimed at evaluating the ICT integration degree in teaching. It describes the different stages of elaboration and validation of this new tool, which was developed for various degrees in French and German. It is based on the systemic innovation model of Depover & Strebelle (1997) and has the great advantage of considering the ICT integration in a change dynamic.
