L’usage de Moodle à l’université: vers une typologie des utilisateurs parmi les enseignants-chercheurs
Using Moodle in higher education: Towards a categorization of users among university lecturer
Abstract
In France, associate and full professors, to carry out their teaching activity with students, can use a whole range of devices and digital resources integrated into a digitalworking environment. Among these resources, the learning management system Moodle gives them the opportunity to complete a face-to-face, hybrid or distance learning, but is daily used by only a part of academics. The description of the professional activity, the contexts and the career paths of faculty members, by revealing the constraints and the specific characteristics of these professionals, makes it possible to better understand this differentiated practice. Our contribution exploits the data collected as part of a large survey conducted in 2014 throughout the Grand Est Region and covering the plural activity of this professional group and its approach of digital technology.
